Main Card:

Rampage Jackson (32-8) defeats Matt Hamill (10-3) via UD (30-27 x 3)

We will be tuning into the post fight presser to see if any announcements are made on Jackson’s next fight.

Frank Mir (15-5) defeats Roy Nelson (15-6) via UD (30-27, 30-27, 30-26)

Mir landed more knees to the face of Nelson than I’ve ever seen in a Heavyweight fight. We all know Nelson could move down a weight class if he didn’t like food so much. It’s just a matter of how much punishment is too much. Maybe this will be the outcome that finally decides his future. He’s not getting any younger.

Travis Browne (11-0-1) defeats Stefan Struve (21-5) via Superman Punch KO (Round 1, 4:11)

The bigger they are the harder they fall. Awkward and awesome.

Rick Story (13-3) defeats Thiago Alves (18-8) via UD (29-28 x 3)

This win puts Story into the top 10 at 170. Alves is dropping fast losing 3 of his last 4. Story announced at the post fight presser that he wants Jon Fitch next.

Brian Stann (11-3) defeats Jorge Santiago (23-9) via TKO (Round 2, 4:29) (temple counter shot followed by punches to the unconscious face)

Just like Story, Stann enters the Top 10 in his weight class. Huge win over a top ranked opponent.

Preliminary Card Results:

Demetrious Johnson (10-1) defeats Miguel Torres (39-4) via UD (29-28 x 3)

Huge win by the man they call “Mighty Mouse”.

Tim Boetsch (13-4) defeats Kendall Grove via UD (30-27 x 3)

Boetsch looked like his old Barbarian self in his debut at 185.

Gleison Tibau (23-7) defeats Rafaello Oliveira (14-4) via rear naked choke (Round 2, 3:28)

Michael McDonald (13-1) defeats Chris Cariaso (11-3) via Split Decision (27-30, 29-28, 29-28)

The first judge may or may not be Cariaso’s step uncle?

Renan Barao (26-1) defeats Cole Escovedo (17-7) via UD (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)
